“ I went to the Popeyes on Farmington Avenue in Bristol on Saturday at 1100 in the morning.... As I went in I was greeted by Desiree the manager..... I saw that she was running the drivethru and the front with one exceptional worker named Angelo....that was the entire crew. Not only was this very competent manager running the entire show independently her amazing worker was in back preparing the food to continue quality assurance for the customers. I do a lot of food reviews and I could tell you that she was working incredibly!! Hats off to Angelo for ensuring the food was timely and fresh... The next step of my review is to contact the Corporate Office and tell them that they need to hire more individuals like Desiree and Angelo if they want to succeed in this fast food game!! Hats off to you both.... ”

“ IDK HOW BUT THE CHICKEN IS ALWAYS FRESH LOL. Most times I visit a popeyes chicken has been up for a while but this location is always hot and taste fresh. The fries could be cooked alil longer so it would hav some more crisp personal preference to them but cant complain cause they are never soggy tasting The nuggets and tenders are juicy and on point. There not over battered nor taste like they sit for long periods which is great. The chicken sandwiches hits the spot and the buns are never overly toasted. The sides are sides. Depending on how its cooked the ricemash taste just okhot but nothing to drool over. ”

My husband and I each bought a Classic Chicken Sandwich for ourselves and when I asked for extra pickles on mine, they delivered! The bag the sandwich comes in even had pickles in it! It was all absolutely delicious!! We also tried the strawberry biscuit and it was definitely better than the Waterbury locations Ive tried, but still not gooey fresh like they show in the commercial. ”
